Hall Groups & Clubs

The Hall has a number of groups that are FREE and everyone is welcome to attend. Some groups ask for a gold coin donation which can partly support a donation to the Hall and/or an end-of-year wind up or celebratory event.

Weekly/Monthly FREE Events at YOUR Hall

  • CUPPA AND A CHAT - Monday mornings at 10, year round (either in the garden out back or cozy and warm inside), you will find a group having a cuppa and sharing stories, news, garden veggies, craft ideas and more!

  • WRITER’S GROUP - 1st Tuesday of the month, 1pm you will find people exploring different forms of writing.

  • MAHJONG - Wednesday afternoons at 1.00 you will find people playing Mahjong. All players are welcome!

  • BRAIN GAMES - Thursday afternoons at 1.30 you will find people playing Rummikub, Qwirkle, Scrabble, Splendor, ‘500’, Canasta and other games to keep our minds working well.

  • BOOK CLUB - 1st Thursday of each month, at 10.30am, you will find eager readers sharing their love of reading.

Events

Throughout the year the Hall has Exhibitions, fundraisers, markets, information sessions and various other events as opportunity arises. ALL are invited and welcome to attend.
